We currently provide delivery services in Behala and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders will be delivered within 2-3 days after payment confirmation
• Delivery time starts from the moment your payment is successfully processed
• We deliver on all working days (Monday to Saturday)
• Delivery times may be affected during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Process

1. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email
2. You’ll receive delivery updates via phone or SMS
3. Our delivery person will contact you before arriving at your location

Delivery Requirements

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
• The recipient will need to sign to confirm delivery
• Please keep your phone accessible during the delivery window
• Have your order number ready for reference

Tracking Your Order

• You can contact us directly for updates about your delivery

Failed Delivery Attempts

If we are unable to deliver because:

• No one is available at the delivery address
• The provided address is incorrect
• The recipient refuses to accept delivery

We will:

1. Try to contact you via phone
2. Reschedule delivery for the next working day
3. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to our facility

Delivery Inspection

• Please inspect your package at the time of delivery
• Check for any external damage before signing
• Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the delivery person

Delays

While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Local events or restrictions
